刀具除锈：主要用于钢丝刷等工具磨削钢表面。可去除疏松或凸起的氧化皮、锈蚀、焊接渣等。手工工具除锈可以达到Sa水平，电动工具除锈可以达到Sa水平，如果钢表面粘附有固体氧化皮，工具除锈可以达到Sa水平。拆除效果不理想，不能满足建筑施工对保温防腐施工线的要求。
